Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HR Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID 17427)
  • Oversee and manage all HR-Admin activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Improve teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Manage department budgets and recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • Plan training programs and career development.
  • Review manpower requirements and organizational structures.
  • Monitor salary structure and benefits.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure proper payroll processing.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
  • Supervise HR-related administrative tasks such as labor contracts, payroll, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage salary increments, bonuses, and welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Advise on employee benefits and insurance policies.
  • Oversee office administration, security, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with visa, work permits, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor expenses related to administration and HR services.

Requirement

  • Male/Female. Age: 35 - 55 years old
  • University degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Fluent in English.
