Job Description
1. HR and Administration Management
- Oversee the overall HR and administrative operations, including office staff, janitorial, canteen, garden, and security teams.
- Handle all HR-related matters such as recruitment, C&B, and employee relations.
- Prepare and manage company correspondence, meeting organization, and communication with government authorities.
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage and coordinate factory compliance and social responsibility audits (e.g., BSCI, SCAN, BEPI).
- Conduct factory evaluations according to international standards.
- Lead internal training sessions on company rules, regulations, and social responsibility
- Maintain compliance systems and corrective action tracking.
- Report directly to the General Director and work closely with department heads.
- Prepare necessary HR reports and updates for management review.
- Ensure effective internal communication between departments
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience a similar HR Manager role within a manufacturing company with at least 300 employees, strong knowledge of social compliance standards and factory audit procedures.
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
