HR & Admin Manager (Garment)

Human Resources Management

• Oversee full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits systems aligned with company strategy and local regulations.
• Lead recruitment activities for both the Representative Office and factory operations.

Administrative Management

• Manage daily administrative functions, including office operations, vendor coordination, and procurement.
• Supervise documentation, contracts, and compliance with internal policies.

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and government regulations.
• Act as a key advisor to management on labor law, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate work permits, visas, and legal documentation for expatriates (with support from external agencies).

• Male, Female,Under 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing companies with 1,000+ employees.
• Proven experience in setting up HR systems for new factories or representative offices.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
