Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HR - Admin Manager ($1400, ID15685)
- Build HR Planning, HR Development (orientation, training, motivation, career planning, C&B...).
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space for all departments.
- Training on internal rules/regulations and regulations maintain social responsibility
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and counseling to ensure maximum efficience
- Follow up oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations; Evaluate according to standards, international certificate. social responsibility
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions; correspondence with state agencies
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience as a HR Manager in the factory
- Understand factory evaluation standards: BSIC, SCAN, BEPI...
- Good at English
