Job Description
-
Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the company’s business objectives in the manufacturing sector.

Oversee all HR and administrative operations across the organization.

Design and improve HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
-
Manage recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
-
Establish and maintain performance evaluation systems and reward/benefit structures.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations.
-
Oversee office administration, including facilities and equipment.
-
Organize internal events and foster corporate culture.
-
Collaborate with external service providers and partners related to HR and administration.
-
Arrange and manage reception for top-level leadership and headquarters representatives.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 38 -50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR & Admin Director in an FDI manufacturing company with at least 400 employees
- Proven expertise in HR restructuring, strategic planning, and policy development
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
