Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $2,800/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Head of Customer Service (Agriculture, ID17816) for a foreign investment company:
- Define specific objectives and implement strategic approaches to enhance customer service.
- Recommend initiatives and allocate budgets for all operations within the Customer Service Department (CS).
- Establish and maintain service guidelines, policies, and quality benchmarks, ensure compliance with the authorized CS budget and oversee its utilization.
- Provide direction to enhance event’s success and monitor all event operations. Brainstorm program plans and concepts. Prepare, review program brief and submit to Top of Management for approval. Prepare program brief and work with agencies. Review execution plans, and carry out overall management of the programs (online and offline events, tours).
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any issue might occur. Manage changes relating to event/program organization to dealers (programs, changes, updates).
- Gather and analyze insights on competitors’ customer care policies to recommend appropriate strategies and solutions.
- Develop customer care policies, regulations, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Define strategic directions and allocate budgets for seasonal customer care initiatives.
- Monitor, supervise, and evaluate the performance of customer care services.
- Take the lead in providing solutions for customer complaints, oversee the approval process, and track outcomes.
- Investigate root causes behind low customer satisfaction and recommend actionable improvement strategies.
- Maintain and manage all documents and materials related to customer service operations
- Oversee and optimize the use of resources and budgets to meet both qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Propose and refine customer care procedures, and continuously seek ways to enhance service quality.
- Establish communication channels to ensure customers can easily access company, product, and promotional information.
- Develop communication plans aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
- Review and approve content prior to publishing on communication platforms (e.g., website, social media).
- Coordinate and oversee the work of external agencies.
- Ensure branding consistency across all point-of-sale materials (POSM) and event visuals before dissemination on communication channels.
- Manage customer interactions and feedback on the website and social media platforms within the required timeframes.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication channels and propose improvement strategies.
- Maintain relationships and exchange information with external partners as needed.
- Develop procedures and create/edit communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, and related content to promote the company’s products, services, culture, and values.
- Ensure consistency in communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in external communication strategies and content.
- Work closely with HR to support internal communication efforts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Draft speeches, articles, and presentations for senior executives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and communication initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential reputation risks and develop appropriate crisis communication plans.
- Lead and manage communication efforts during crises to ensure timely and accurate messaging.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated from the University
- Have 05 years of experience in the same position in Adịchgricultural sector
- Good at English
