Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the guest service teams and ensure consistently exceptional service delivery:

1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Engage with guests to ensure their experience is seamless and memorable.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Actively promote all hotel facilities, services, and ongoing events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, F&B promotions, and special events.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and guide Guest Service Executives and Airport Ambassadors.
  • Create and manage staff rosters, including handling leave schedules and shift planning.
  • Support team development by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

3. Operational Efficiency

  • Assist in designing and implementing efficient procedures for guest services operations.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that all facilities, tools, and equipment under the department’s responsibility are well-maintained and fully operational.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction.

4. Compliance & Communication

  • Ensure all departmental activities comply with the hotel’s business goals, policies, and safety standards.
  • Communicate departmental updates and important information to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely reports and escalate any operational deviations to senior management.

5. Additional Duties

  • Act as a backup for the Assistant Chief Concierge or Chief Concierge when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirement

  • Vocational Certificate required; higher education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in guest services or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in English required. Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
