Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Giám Đốc Vận Hành (Tiếng Trung, $2000, ID19641):
- Quản lý và tối ưu hệ thống hỗ trợ kinh doanh tại thị trường Việt Nam.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận kinh doanh nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh thu.
- Điều phối các mảng: vận hành kinh doanh, vận hành thương mại và quản lý rủi ro, bao phủ toàn bộ chuỗi nghiệp vụ từ marketing đến thu hồi công nợ.
- Quản lý đội ngũ khoảng 10 nhân sự, chia thành 2 team sản phẩm (cọc cừ & giàn giáo).
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và cải tiến quy trình nghiệp vụ, đề xuất nâng cấp hệ thống CNTT.
- Thiết lập và vận hành hệ thống quản lý rủi ro kinh doanh theo quy trình khép kín.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, Ưu tiên 30-40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên Kinh tế, QTKD, Tài chính hoặc liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong kinh doanh/vận hành/hỗ trợ kinh doanh;
- trong đó ≥2 năm ở vị trí quản lý.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất, quy mô 200–500 nhân sự.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo (nghe – nói – đọc – viết).
