Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Director (Textile, Open for Expats and Vietnamese, 2200 USD, ID 14175)
- Product analysis statistics and monthly report.
- Responsible for solving quality problems at the production site, analyzing and handling unusual situations.
- Hold a meeting to analyze quality problems in the production process
- Responsible for the managing and handling of nonconforming products
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of “work instructions” by QC staff and urging correction of shortcomings.
- Training staff on quality control procedures.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the relevant work of this position, fixing key quality issues, clearing process bottlenecks, and process improvement.
- Evaluate and pre-improve the quality management system.
Requirement
- Gender: Male / Female, 28 - 42 years old
- Graduated high school or above
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management in the textile industry
- Understanding quality management tools
- Good communication in Chinese.
