Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Giám Đốc Nhân Sự (Sản Xuất, $1000++, ID15854)
- Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch tuyển dụng
- Tổ chức, thực hiện các kế hoạch đào tạo
- Đề xuất hệ thống chính sách nhân sự: Lương, thưởng, phúc lợi, tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển nhân sự
- Quản lý công tác và giải quyết quan hệ lao động
- Tham mưu trong việc đề ra KPI, các tiêu chí đánh giá KPI
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ; Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nhân Sự, Kinh Tế
- Có từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Phó phòng nhân sự trở lên trong các công ty sản xuất và bán lẻ
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác
