Job Description
Mức lương 2000 đô la/tháng ++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (Đồ Uống Nhập Khẩu, ID17520) cho một công ty đầu tư Việt Nam:
- Lập kế hoạch và phát triển chiến lược kinh doanh cho mặt hàng Bia/Rượu nhập khẩu.
- Xác định thị trường mục tiêu, khách hàng tiềm năng và các cơ hội kinh doanh mới.
- Phân tích xu hướng thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu
- Duy trì và chăm sóc mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện có, đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và gia tăng cơ hội hợp tác
- Theo dõi, báo cáo doanh số và tiến độ kinh doanh định kỳ.
- Đàm phán và ký kết các hợp đồng bán hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định và chính sách của công ty.
- Đảm bảo các điều khoản hợp đồng phù hợp và có lợi cho công ty.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và giám sát đội ngũ nhân viên kinh doanh.
- Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu suất của nhân viên kinh doanh, đảm bảo đội ngũ luôn đạt được mục tiêu doanh số.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nan; dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học.
- Có tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành Beer/ Rượu cao cấp nhập khẩu hoặc Thuốc lá, nước có ga
- Có kinh nghiệm về kênh Horeca, có tập khách hàng trong lĩnh vực nhà hàng, khách sạn
