Job Description
Mức lương 1200 đô la/tháng++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Giám Đốc Điều Hành (Máy Xây Dựng, ID 17366) cho một công ty đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Xây dựng và thực hiện chiến lược kinh doanh ngắn và dài hạn.
- Quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên và phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật và quy định của công ty.
- Phát triển và thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh, tài chính và tiếp thị.
- Đánh giá và cải tiến quy trình làm việc để tối ưu hóa hiệu suất. Quan hệ khách hàng và đối tác:
- Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng và đối tác chiến lược.
- Đàm phán và ký kết các hợp đồng quan trọng.
- Quản lý ngân sách và tài chính của công ty, đảm bảo sự phát triển bền vững và tăng trưởng lợi nhuận.
- Báo cáo và đánh giá: Báo cáo định kỳ cho Hội đồng Quản trị về tình hình hoạt động và tài chính của công ty.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam; dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học.
- Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí GĐ Điều Hành mảng cho thuê xe công trình hoặc kinh doanh xe công trình
- Ưu tiên có Tiếng trung thành thạo
