Garment Technical Expert ($5000, Open for Local & Expats)

Garment Technical Specialist:

• Responsible for organizing all technical development activities, including pattern design, layout, material allocation, and sample sewing in the fields of lingerie, swimwear, or sportswear.

• Monitor and adjust technical documents issued by the development technical team to ensure accurate implementation at factories during mass production.

• Collaborate, work directly, and negotiate with the customer's technical team to make technical adjustments, ensuring product quality meets customer requirements at optimal costs.

• Organize, supervise, and strictly guide the sample production process to ensure that the samples meet the customer's technical and quality standards right from the first time.

• Advise and consult with the Board of Directors on necessary improvements related to the technical operations of the company's other customers.

• Male/Female

• From 5 years of experience in garment technology at manufacturing factories specializing in lingerie, swimwear, or sportswear is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using Lectra software is required.

• Strong expertise in technical development, including pattern design, layout creation, material allocation, and sample sewing.

• Fluent in English.
