Job Description
-
Oversee banquet and meeting room operations to ensure seamless service and profitability within hotel guidelines.
-
Safeguard employee well-being by providing necessary training and resources to deliver excellent guest service.
-
Create, implement, and monitor policies, standards, and procedures for all food, restaurant, and beverage operations.
-
Manage the annual operating budget, including cost control, financial reporting, and P&L analysis.
-
Maintain strict sanitation standards across F&B outlets by enforcing company hygiene checklists.
-
Build and sustain effective communication with related departments.
-
Support managers with structured training programs to clarify responsibilities and performance expectations.
-
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
-
Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth F&B operations.
-
Evaluate staff performance and apply coaching or counseling for continuous improvement.
-
Recruit, train, and retain high-quality managers and employees.
-
Align scheduling of managers with business volume and operational needs.
-
Oversee personnel actions and payroll administration for management staff.
-
Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and property-specific LSOPs.
-
Guarantee adherence to legal requirements related to liquor control, sanitation, and safety standards.

Enforce job safety regulations and ensure hazards are reported promptly.

Ensure monthly employee meetings are conducted with minutes submitted to the General Manager and HR Director.

Maintain an open-door policy for all employees.

Ensure departments are accountable for asset management of all outlets and facilities.

Oversee monthly maintenance inspections in each department.
-
Respond to guest inquiries or complaints within 24 hours, providing appropriate resolutions.

Fulfill reasonable management requests, provided they are legal and safe.

Acknowledge management’s right to amend this job description when necessary.

Lead by example with a hands-on approach to inspire employees to perform at their best.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirement
-
Male/Female.
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive committee member in international hotels, with proven track records of achievements.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and creative skills.
-
Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
-
Excellent public speaking skills (candidates with relevant training or proven presentation experience are preferred).
-
Strong ability in people management, staff development, and driving business results.
