Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $3,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Finance Director (Hospitality, ID 17802) for a Vietnamese Company:
- Supervise and manage all Finance, Accounting, and HR & Administrative functions of the company.
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control to ensure efficient capital utilization and operational funding.
- Conduct financial analysis, develop short and long-term budgeting strategies, and provide financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Board.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial, accounting, tax, and internal audit reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Identify and propose funding sources, investment strategies, and sustainable financial development initiatives.
- Advise on major financial decisions including mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion opportunities.
- Direct the development and implementation of HR systems, compensation, benefits, and performance management policies to ensure effective people operations.
- Manage data governance, workflow optimization, staff training, and ensure departmental performance aligns with KPIs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar Finance Director or equivalent senior role.
- Proficient in English, particularly in financial and accounting terminology.
- Holding CFO and Chief Accountant certificates. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree and/or international certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
