Job Description

- Oversee all accounting activities: transaction review, journal entries, payment approval, asset management, and closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS/GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
- Work closely with CFO and Group Finance to operate, improve, and optimize the ERP accounting system.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
- Develop annual and periodic budgets (short-term & long-term) based on input from relevant departments.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, variances, and financial performance; propose corrective actions to improve business efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
- Manage corporate income tax planning, tax compliance, and risk control.
- Work with tax authorities to resolve tax issues, ensure proper filing, and optimize tax positions within legal boundaries.
- Develop and update financial regulations, accounting procedures, and internal control systems.
- Ensure standardization of financial workflows, forms, and reporting processes.
- Propose enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Represent the company when working with governmental authorities: Tax Department, Industrial Park Management Board, Statistics Office, State Bank, and commercial banks.
- Maintain relationships with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team (6 staff) to ensure effective daily operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and propose salary/grade adjustments.
- Develop departmental structure, job descriptions, training plans, and succession planning.
- Provide financial consulting to CFO and management on risk mitigation, investment decisions, and cost management.
- Recommend actions to improve profitability, strengthen internal controls, and reduce tax/financial risks
Requirement
- Female, 35-45 years ol
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Professional certificates required: ACCA, CPA, EPA.
- Minimum 10 years in Finance & Accounting, including 3+ years as Finance Manager in an FDI manufacturing company.
- Priority for candidates who worked in EPE companies or firms with 1,000+ employees.
- Excellent command of English or Japanese (one must be fluent).
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, SOX compliance, budgeting, costing, cash flow management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
