Finance & Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with VAS and group reporting standards.

• Develop annual budgets and monthly cash flow forecasts.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs, and variances.

• Perform cost control activities, including stock valuation and physical inventory checks.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.

• Ensure the company’s financial transparency and accuracy during annual tax finalization.

3. ERP & System Management

• Ensure proper operation and data accuracy within the company’s ERP system (Navision or similar).

• Lead or support ERP-related improvement projects.

4. Banking & External Relations

• Manage banking relationships including loans, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial arrangements.

• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax authorities, and group finance teams.

5. Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and support the General Accountant, ensuring high performance and development.

• Actively participate in strategic discussions with management and contribute financial insights to support business decisions.

• Male/Female, 35-45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance/Accounting Manager in an FDI manufacturing company.
• Prior experience (3+ years) with a Big 4 audit firm is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (ERP knowledge required).
• Good at English
