Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Key Account Manager (Express/Service, $1200, ID14050)
  • Continously develop and monitor portfolio of current customers and potential customers via personal sales visits.
  • In charge of customer contact with the user departments in key account customers, then feedback on the user situation.
  • Strongly corporate with other sales team members and throughout the sales force
  • Responsible for solving issues relating to customer service, service recovery, and credit control.
  • Develop and monitor an Annual customer call cycle to secure committed orders with both current and new customers, gain any competitor-held businesses.
  • In charge of GSP sales reporting requirements promptly.
  • Build a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects .
  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure that the account grows to its maximum potential.
  • Continually develop knowledge of company products/services and general commercial awareness to provide customers the best possible solutions.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, Age: 25-34 years old
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales positions in Logisics/ Forwarder/ Express or Service field
  • Having good-looking appeareance is a plus
  • Fluent at English
