Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Key Account Manager (Express/Service, $1200, ID14050)
- Continously develop and monitor portfolio of current customers and potential customers via personal sales visits.
- In charge of customer contact with the user departments in key account customers, then feedback on the user situation.
- Strongly corporate with other sales team members and throughout the sales force
- Responsible for solving issues relating to customer service, service recovery, and credit control.
- Develop and monitor an Annual customer call cycle to secure committed orders with both current and new customers, gain any competitor-held businesses.
- In charge of GSP sales reporting requirements promptly.
- Build a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects .
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure that the account grows to its maximum potential.
- Continually develop knowledge of company products/services and general commercial awareness to provide customers the best possible solutions.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 25-34 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales positions in Logisics/ Forwarder/ Express or Service field
- Having good-looking appeareance is a plus
- Fluent at English
