Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Export Sales Support (Food, $600, ID16989):
- Serve as the single point of contact for sales support activities.
- Input data into the system (contract follow-up) and process incoming orders.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to support assigned customers.
- Resolve issues by coordinating with the front sales team and other departments.
- Manage orders within the system.
- Collaborate on SAP migration activities.
- Coordinate with the planning team to obtain formulas for customer inquiries.
- Arrange lot samples or pre-shipment samples as requested by customers.
- Follow up on requests related to samples, documentation, customer payments, and other business needs.
- Monitor production to ensure adherence to planned schedules.
- Assist the Assistant Manager/Manager with assigned tasks.
Requirement
- Feale, <35 years old.
- Graduated from University
- Have 02 years of experience in Export Sales in the field of food/beverages/agricultural products/frozen seafood.
- Good at English
