Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Secretary to support the General Manager in a dynamic hospitality environment:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager or Executive Team.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments or external partners.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Assist in coordinating events, VIP guest visits, and internal communications.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely execution.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support hotel operations
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
