Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an ERP Support Specialist (F&O, $1200, ID19865)
- Support daily operations of Finance modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank
- Support Procurement, Sales, and Inventory modules (PO, SO, warehouse, inventory)
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users
- Monitor data accuracy across finance and operations
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors
- Participate in UAT testing for new features and updates
- Train users and provide ERP guidance
- Continuously improve business processes within the ERP system
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (FDI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX)
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and inventory processes
- Good written English is preferred
