Engineering Manager (Mould)

Exciting Opportunity - European Manufacturing Plant Seeking Engineering Manager (Mould, 2.000 USD, ID 17202): 

• Directs and Coordinates all Molding production operations.
• Acts to assure quality and provide corrective and preventive actions when required.
• Area supervision is coached to assure discipline and system compliance.
• Plans and expedites production program information to assure on-time customer delivery.
• Supervises other employees' work and manages the department’s resources.
• Coordinates and communicates with other departments to achieve production objectives and machinery utilization that will help in the achievement of the customer’s requirements.
• Is responsible for accurately completing all necessary reports on time, for example: efficiency, productivity, safety, production quantities and rejections while assuring accuracy and content integrity.
• In coordination with the Human Resources Department, implements and provides training programs.
• Directs A.Q.P. representatives to assure timely compliance with program needs.
• Supervises and assures compliance with TPM system needs.
• Reviews and approves Purchase Requisitions.
• Acts as a leader in the Internal PPM Reduction Teams, assuring positive tendencies and results.
• Supports and leads the Department’s employee necessities in the Talent LMS Program.
• Acts to exemplify the Quality and Environmental Policies and Leadership Principles.
• Assigns a Department representative to the HSE Committee and assures timely support.
• Complies with Department budgets.
• Implements internal programs personally or through subordinates to improve upon communications, training, work simplification, cost reduction, etc.
• Provides quick response to issues.
• Promotes and actively participates in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Promotes teamwork within and outside of the department.
• Employs and promotes Lean manufacturing techniques within the Department.
• Interfaces with the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Finance, and Sales Departments on subjects related to production, methods, materials, and design to resolve daily production issues.
• Controls Costs within desired levels.
• Actively supports Standardization work.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant General Management.

• The male is preferred; Under 45 years old. 
• Engineering or related technical career or experience.
• 3-year minimum in injection molding as Manager. 
• Having worked previously in a structured quality environment.
• Fluent in English.
