Dream Job Alert! $1600+/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Assistant to Engineering Manager (Metal, ID17377) for a foreign investment company:
- Act as a representative for the Production Technical Manager (PTM) / Production Manager (PM) in their absence.
- Translate and ensure all SOPs comply with PTM/PM guidelines.
- Assist in preparing reports on production efficiency and troubleshooting to support timely solutions.
- Support the R&D process.
- Take charge of writing meeting minutes and interpreting for clients and experts when needed.
- Collaborate with the Training Team Leader to propose training plans for elementary workers, monitor progress, and evaluate results.
- Represent PTM/PM in cross-departmental coordination.
- Research and procure production equipment as required.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical, machinery, or jewelry manufacturing companies
- Good at English
