Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Electronics R&D Manager ($2000, ID21131)
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the R&D Department.
- Develop, improve, and optimize production operation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct research, develop, and implement new technologies and innovations into manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and control project progress, quality standards, and technical performance to ensure project effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Male, under 46 years old.
- Master’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience as an R&D Manager in the electronic components industry, particularly in camera-related products.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both speaking and writing.
