Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Điều Phối Viên Vận Hành (Tiếng Trung, 800 USD, ID 20037):
- Theo dõi, kiểm soát và cập nhật liên tục tiến độ phát triển/sản xuất hàng mẫu (Sample).
- Đảm bảo tiến độ thực tế bám sát kế hoạch đề ra và xử lý kịp thời các điểm nghẽn.
- Trực tiếp khởi tạo mã vật tư (Item Code) cho các loại khuôn mẫu và sản phẩm trên hệ thống.
- Vận hành và cập nhật định kỳ dữ liệu lên Hệ thống quản lý khuôn cữ, đảm bảo tính chính xác và đồng bộ của dữ liệu.
- Lập và triển khai các đơn yêu cầu mua sắm (PR) cho khuôn mẫu, đồ gá (Jig) và linh kiện thiết bị.
- Theo dõi trạng thái đơn hàng, chủ động xử lý các phát sinh (bù đơn, điều chỉnh hệ thống) từ lúc đặt hàng đến khi nhận hàng.
- Tổng hợp số liệu, thống kê và theo dõi toàn bộ danh mục thu mua thuộc phạm vi bộ phận Kỹ thuật.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình vật tư và tiến độ công việc.
- Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khác theo yêu cầu trực tiếp từ cấp quản lý.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm điều phối, quản lý quy trình trong các nhà máy sản xuất.
- Tiếng Trung giao tiếp tốt, văn bản sử dụng mức khá.
