Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service (800 USD, ID19755)
- Proceed customers inquiries (checking and answering. Collect detailed information.
- Internally proceed the inquiries by asking specification and sample submission for approval.
- Send required information/documents or the samples to the customers (update the sample list accordingly).
- Prepare supporting documents for import license for the customers or tender documents
- Check and ask for price approval; coordinate freight rates with Logistics; prepare and send quotations after approval; update price list.
- Order processing
- Check order details with customers; confirm delivery dates with Production Planner; enter orders into SAP; issue confirmations; release to related teams; follow up production/delivery; handle deviations; update order status.
- Monitor incoming and overdue payments.
- Support coordination to resolve customer complaints per procedure.
- Translate documents (Eng ↔ Viet); support SSC manager with travel arrangements.
Requirement
- Female. Age Under 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a position involving customer care and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Fluent in English
- Advantage: candidates with experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or ERP
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, high-pressure environment
