Job Description
Customer Quality Engineer (Automotive, ID18311) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $700$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Handle customer communication (Europe, North America, and other overseas countries).
- Update CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) according to customer requirements
- Monitor customer scorecards
- Address customer requests and requirements.
- Handle quality issues and problem-solving.
- Perform improvement activities and analyze Control Plan, PFMEA.
- Verify the reliability and feasibility of internal improvements through cross-functional team activities.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 automotive standard and operation of the internal quality system.
- Manage history and revisions of guidelines, procedures, and work instructions.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 35 years old
- 2 years of experience in customer quality response or quality management in the automotive/auto parts industry
- Knowledge or certification in IATF 16949
- Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Experience in problem-solving, process improvement, PFMEA, Control Plan analysis.
