Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the entire import and export customs clearance process from start to finish
- Check and confirm the accuracy of duties, taxes, and customs documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to all customs regulations and legal requirements
- Communicate and work closely with customs officials and relevant government bodies
- Detect and handle issues or risks related to customs procedures
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams (e.g., warehouse, local delivery, etc.)
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
- Promote process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives
- Guide, support, and develop team members
Requirement
- Male/Female, age: under 40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in customs clearance or customs compliance within a logistics company.
- Good at English
