Job Description
Construction Supervisor (Interior, ID19625) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $900/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Prepare and submit documentation required to obtain construction permits from Building Management.
- Supervise on-site finishing and interior construction activities.
- Ensure the project schedule is maintained and completed on time.
- Monitor and control construction quality to meet required standards.
- Identify potential risks and report them to superiors with proposed solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male, aged 27–33
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Able to use English in work
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finishing / Interior Construction Supervisor
- Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
