Liwayway Group was founded in 1946 in the Philippines with the Oishi brand first appearing in Vietnam in 1997 and has many branches and factories located stretching from North to South such as: Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Binh Duong.

Liwayway Saigon Food Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2009, is one of the factories of Liwayway Group located in VSIP 1 , Binh Duong.
