Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Commercial Director (Hospital, $3000, ID 21351):
- Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Expand customer networks, including corporate clients, insurance companies, healthcare partners, and individual customers.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business development.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor business performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Track KPIs, revenue, costs, and overall commercial effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Prepare business performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Support business expansion initiatives and perform additional duties assigned by the CEO or management.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or insurance.
- At least 2–3 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
