Job Description
- Manage and supervise the production work in the Coating department.
- Ensure production is carried out according to the plan and meets product quality standards.
- Manage tasks and projects according to the objectives set for the department.
- Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and other production reports as required.
- Propose improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Coordinate work and resolve any arising issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry-related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing the Coating department in a manufacturing company
- Strong understanding of coating techniques to propose improvement solutions in the work process.
- Good at English
