Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên viên Tuyển dụng (Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung, $900, ID19397):
- Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo nhu cầu từng bộ phận, phát triển và duy trì các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả.
- Tuyển chọn ứng viên phù hợp, quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự (tiếp nhận, điều chuyển, nghỉ việc…).
- Tổ chức đào tạo hội nhập và các chương trình đào tạo nội bộ theo định hướng công ty.
- Tư vấn, cập nhật pháp luật lao động, doanh nghiệp và đầu tư.
- Rà soát hợp đồng kinh doanh, hỗ trợ xử lý tranh chấp và các vấn đề pháp lý lao động.
- Thực hiện đào tạo gắn với chính sách và văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
Requirement
- Nam/ nữ dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân Luật, Quản lý Nhân sự, Kinh tế hoặc ngành liên quan.
- Có 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc với lao động nước ngoài.
- Hiểu rõ Luật Lao động Việt Nam và quy định liên quan đến người lao động nước ngoài.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý vấn đề tốt; làm việc hiệu quả với cơ quan nhà nước.
- Giao tiếp được bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung.
