Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, Sản Xuất, ID14494, 1150USD):
- Tuyển dụng
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo định hướng kinh doanh của công ty
- Thực hiện tuyển dụng và đảm bảo hoàn thành chỉ tiêu tuyển dụng
- Theo dõi, tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu tuyển dụng
- Quản lý quan hệ lao động
- Thực hiện các thủ tục nhân sự: tiếp nhận (onboarding), nghỉ việc, điều chuyển, bổ nhiệm
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến quan hệ lao động trong công ty
- Chấm công – C&B cơ bản
- Quản lý chấm công, theo dõi ngày công, nghỉ phép
- Hỗ trợ kiểm tra và rà soát dữ liệu tính lương
- Thực hiện báo cáo và thống kê dữ liệu nhân sự
- Đào tạo
- Hỗ trợ tổ chức và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo cho nhân viên mới
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự
- Lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên
- Soạn thảo, theo dõi hợp đồng lao động
- Thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan đến bảo hiểm xã hội và dữ liệu nhân sự
- Hành chính – văn hóa doanh nghiệp
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng và duy trì văn hóa doanh nghiệp
- Cải thiện môi trường làm việc và gắn kết nhân viên
Requirement
- Nữ, độ tuổi từ 25 – 45
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Hành chính – Nhân sự tại công ty sản xuất (ưu tiên công ty Trung Quốc)
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (sử dụng trong công việc hàng ngày)
- Nắm vững luật lao động và các quy định liên quan
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
