Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Lưu Trữ Văn Thư (Xây Dựng, Tiếng Trung):
- Thực hiện nhập liệu, thu thập, tổ chức và lưu trữ tài liệu, hồ sơ dự án vào hệ thống quản lý.
- Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, xử lý, luân chuyển và lưu trữ tài liệu để đảm bảo dữ liệu luôn chính xác và bảo mật.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan trong công tác quản lý tài liệu, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định, quy trình liên quan.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Quản lý Kỹ thuật, Quản lý Hành chính, Quản lý Hồ sơ, v.v.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (nghe, nói, đọc, viết); khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng và có kiến thức về vận hành hệ thống quản lý tài liệu.
Ưu tiên:
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý tài liệu trong các ngành xây dựng, kỹ thuật, hoặc các dự án thi công.
- Quen thuộc với phần mềm BIM (Building Information Modeling) hoặc phần mềm quản lý dự án kỹ thuật.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu bằng tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh.
