Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Kế Toán Nội Bộ (Tiếng Trung, $1000, ID17676):
- Theo dõi, ghi nhận chi phí phát sinh nội bộ (văn phòng, sản xuất, vận hành…) và đảm bảo số liệu chính xác.
- Quản lý công nợ nội bộ, thực hiện đối chiếu định kỳ giữa các bộ phận.
- Phân bổ các loại chi phí (lương, khấu hao, chi phí trả trước…) theo đầu mục dự án hoặc phòng ban.
- Thực hiện bút toán nội bộ liên quan đến phân bổ chi phí nhân sự, tài sản cố định, chi phí trả trước…
- Hỗ trợ lập các báo cáo phân tích nội bộ hàng tháng/quý (báo cáo lãi lỗ, chi phí hoạt động, đánh giá hiệu suất bộ phận).
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng sản xuất, vận hành để thu thập và cập nhật kịp thời thông tin về chi phí.
- Kiểm soát, lưu trữ đầy đủ chứng từ kế toán nội bộ theo quy định.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Kế toán trưởng hoặc Ban Giám đốc
Requirement
- • Nữ, tuổi từ 27–35.
- • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Kế toán – Kiểm toán.
- • Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán nội bộ trong môi trường sản xuất, ưu tiên đã làm công ty chế xuất.
- • Thành thạo nghiệp vụ hạch toán chi phí và quản lý công nợ; am hiểu quy trình kế toán của công ty chế xuất và làm việc với Head Quarter.
- • Có kinh nghiệm tham gia chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính và phối hợp với đơn vị kiểm toán; hiểu biết toàn diện về báo cáo thuế và tài chính doanh nghiệp.
- • Sử dụng thành thạo Tiếng Trung (nghe – nói – đọc – viết).
