Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Cảnh Quan ($1000, ID17755):
- Giám sát và theo dõi việc thực hiện công việc của các nhà thầu để đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng theo kế hoạch và tiêu chuẩn đã được phê duyệt.
- Tham gia thiết kế và quy hoạch các khu vực trồng mới, phù hợp với định hướng phát triển cảnh quan chung.
- Đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng và tình trạng tốt của cảnh quan trong toàn khu vực được phân công quản lý.
- Quản lý và giám sát hoạt động của vườn ươm, bao gồm kiểm soát số lượng cây trồng, vật tư xuất/nhập và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp với các phòng/ban liên quan trong công tác bàn giao và tiếp nhận các hạng mục cảnh quan.
- Theo dõi, kiểm tra và đánh giá công việc của các đơn vị nhà thầu thuê ngoài đảm nhiệm các công tác liên quan đến cảnh quan.
- Kiểm soát hoạt động thu gom, vận chuyển rác thải tại công trường, đảm bảo nhà thầu thực hiện đúng quy trình và quy định môi trường.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành kỹ thuật trồng trọt hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí nhân viên cảnh quan, mạnh về thiết kế cảnh quan trên Autocad, về nhân giống cây trồng và giám sát kỹ thuật cảnh quan
- Thành thạo thiết kế trên Autocad và các phần mềm tin học văn phòng như Excel, PPT, word
