Job Description
Mức lương 1200 USD/tháng++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Chủ Quản Quản Lý Đơn Hàng (Điện Tử, ID17432) cho một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Dự báo và quản lý đơn hàng, theo dõi và kiểm soát các chỉ số KPI liên quan đến vận chuyển.
- Giám sát việc lắp đặt và cập nhật dữ liệu hệ thống liên quan đến các lô hàng.
- Phối hợp và giao tiếp với khách hàng trong và ngoài nước, tổ chức các cuộc họp để giải quyết vấn đề và tối ưu hóa quy trình.
- Quản lý nhân sự trong bộ phận, phân công công việc và chịu trách nhiệm về các báo cáo định kỳ.
- Giám sát và kiểm soát việc nhận và thay đổi đơn hàng.
- Theo dõi các chỉ số KPI liên quan đến hiệu quả thực hiện đơn hàng.
- Dự báo và phân loại, quản lý các đơn hàng siêu FO.
- Quản lý và điều phối các lô hàng, đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng tiến độ và yêu cầu chất lượng.
- Đảm bảo đạt được các KPI bảo trì và chất lượng công việc.
Requirement
- Nam. Độ tuổi: 28 - 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 01 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương trong công ty Sản Xuất Điện Tử.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm ERP, Excel/SAP/Powerpoint
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo.
