Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài; hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Chủ Quản Nhân Sự (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID19421, 1200USD):
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng cho toàn bộ các vị trí trong công ty (khối văn phòng và khối sản xuất).
- Thực hiện toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng: đăng tuyển, sàng lọc hồ sơ, phỏng vấn, đánh giá, thương lượng và tiếp nhận nhân sự.
- Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu ứng viên, đảm bảo nguồn nhân lực ổn định và đáp ứng kế hoạch mở rộng của công ty
- Giám sát và kiểm tra việc chấm công, tính lương hàng tháng.
- Đảm bảo tính chính xác và tuân thủ quy định pháp luật lao động.
- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Nhân sự trong việc triển khai các chính sách đãi ngộ, đánh giá KPI và xét thưởng định kỳ.
- Duy trì môi trường làm việc tích cực, hài hòa và tuân thủ nội quy.
- Giải quyết kịp thời các vấn đề liên quan đến quan hệ lao động.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ (ưu tiên Nữ), từ 30 đến 36 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất.
- Tiếng Trung tốt (giao tiếp và văn bản)
