Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chủ Quản Kỹ Thuật (Tự động hóa, Khuôn, $1400, ID18326):
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kỹ thuật nhằm đáp ứng mục tiêu kinh doanh của công ty
- Định hướng và giám sát công việc hằng năm của bộ phận, quản lý tiến độ và chất lượng thực hiện
- Phân tích & cải tiến chất lượng, hiệu suất sản xuất, tối ưu chi phí – lợi nhuận
- Tiếp nhận nhu cầu từ R&D, chỉ đạo triển khai tự động hóa & quy trình mới trong phát triển sản phẩm
- Đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ quản lý & nhân sự kỹ thuật, đảm bảo kế thừa và nâng cao năng lực bộ phận
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo từ cấp trên
Requirement
- Nam, tuổi từ 30 – 40
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (Trưởng phòng/Chủ quản Kỹ thuật tại nhà máy sản xuất điện tử, khuôn nhựa, khuôn dập)
- Am hiểu chuyên sâu về kỹ thuật khuôn và kỹ thuật tự động hóa
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về hệ thống ISO19001, ISO14001, TS16949
