Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chủ Quản Hành Chính (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID18361, 1500USD):
- Phụ trách và thực hiện các thủ tục xuất nhập cảnh cho chuyên gia, nhân viên nước ngoài.
- Quản lý các hạng mục hành chính tổng hợp như: nhà ăn, ký túc xá, phương tiện đưa đón, khu vực làm việc (5S), vật tư tiêu hao và phế liệu.
- Tổ chức, tiếp đón và hỗ trợ khách hàng, đối tác đến tham quan, làm việc tại nhà máy.
- Theo dõi, kiểm soát và thực hiện thanh toán các chi phí hành chính phát sinh trong phạm vi nhà máy.
- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Hành chính trong việc quản lý hoạt động hành chính, đảm bảo môi trường làm việc hiệu quả và tuân thủ quy định của công ty.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề hành chính phát sinh, đảm bảo hoạt động vận hành trơn tru.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, từ 25 – 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Hành chính, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý hành chính trong công ty sản xuất FDI.
- Sử dụng tiếng Trung thành thạo trong công việc (tương đương HSK4 trở lên).
