Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đang tuyển dụng vị trí Chủ quản chất lượng (Tiếng Trung, Điện Tử, $1400, ID19707)
- Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì, vận hành và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý ISO theo yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn.
- Đối ứng và làm việc với khách hàng trong các đợt audit
- Tiếp nhận, quản lý và xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng, theo dõi nguyên nhân, thực hiện hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
Requirement
- Nam/ nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm chủ quản chất lượng trong công ty điện tử trở lên
- Tiếng trung thành thạo
- Có kinh nghiệm đối ứng khách hàng, hiểu rõ về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO trong ngành điện tử
