Job Description
-
Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies, procedures, and activity plans for the executive division.

Approve and take responsibility for product plans, contracts, cooperation policies, and payment agreements with domestic and international partners.

Direct and coordinate operational service activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, quality, and standards.
-
Manage partnerships, handle arising issues, receive feedback and customer complaints, and make timely adjustments.
-
Monitor budgets, cost benchmarks, and debts to ensure efficient resource and financial usage.

Administer operational databases and oversee information systems related to tours, visas, customers, and tour guides.

Team development: Plan human resources, recruit, train, and evaluate employee performance.
-
Prepare periodic reports and execute other tasks assigned by the leadership board; ensure affiliated units operate effectively according to KPI targets.
Skills and Qualities:

Passionate and deeply knowledgeable about the company's field of operation; able to withstand high pressure and willing to travel frequently.

Progressive thinker with sharp, meticulous, and creative problem-solving skills; highly responsible and eager to learn.

Proficient in MS Office with strong data analysis, reporting, and information management abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Logical and strategic mindset; capable of planning, organizing, team development, and time management optimization.
Requirement
-
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's.
-
Major: Tourism, Services, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in an equivalent executive management position.

Proficient in English (all four skills); knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.

Experience in cooperating and building relationships with domestic and international service partners.

Preference for candidates with strategic thinking ability, experience in multinational service management, or developing new business models.
