- Design and implement business plans and strategies aimed at achieving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Focus on cost management, ensuring the department operates within budget while optimizing resources.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including but not limited to reports to the Group, tax filings, and audit reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main contact point for all financial and accounting matters with external authorities (e.g., tax, banking).
- Address any financial issues and provide solutions to maintain smooth operations.Coordinate with global and regional teams to interpret, understand, and communicate financial and accounting policies to relevant departments.
- Ensure accurate implementation of policies across the organization.
- Assume the duties and responsibilities of the BOD concerning financial and accounting matters in their absence or when delegated.
- Ensure smooth continuity of business operations in the absence of BOD’s direct involvement.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Chief Accountant certification is mandatory
- At least 3 years in a Chief Accountant position in an FDI Companies. Preferred experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation industries.
- 10 years of experience in budget management, budget planning, and business performance analysis
- Good at English
