Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant (EPE, 1.500, ID 19395):
- Manage and oversee all accounting activities of the enterprise in compliance with Vietnamese laws and the company’s internal regulations.
- Organize and supervise accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.), internal reports, and statistical reports on time.
- Control and ensure the accuracy, validity, and legality of all accounting transactions and documents daily.
- Coordinate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets, cost control, product costing, and cash flow management.
- Directly liaise and work with tax authorities, customs, auditors, export processing zone management boards, and other governmental bodies when required.
- Manage import tax exemption dossiers and prepare periodic customs settlement reports on material import–export–inventory in accordance with EPE regulations.
- Develop, improve, and implement internal accounting policies and procedures; propose solutions to enhance financial and accounting efficiency.
- Lead, train, evaluate, and develop the accounting team to ensure strong professional performance and compliance.
Requirement
- Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in EPE companies.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, customs procedures, and EPE-specific policies.
- Good command of English or Korean for communication.
