Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager (Fashion, $1200, ID19814):
Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Formulate and implement a 3–5 year strategy for domestic sales.
- Establish targets for revenue, profit, and overall performance.
- Develop and broaden distribution networks (B2B, retail partners, distributors, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces).
- Take the lead in important negotiations and secure strategic key clients.
Brand Development & Market Positioning
- Determine and execute the positioning of the K brand in the domestic market.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to increase brand recognition and attract new customers.
- Maintain consistent brand representation across all sales and distribution channels.
Organizational & System Development
- Build, manage, and guide the domestic sales team.
- Set up sales procedures, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
- Introduce forecasting and reporting systems along with performance management frameworks
Requirement
- Male/Female under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in a Domestic Sales position in the Fashion industry. Experience in building and developing brands from scratch.
- Good at English
