Job Description

Business Development Manager (Contract Logistics, ID 17769) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $2300/month salary + opportunities to grow!
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities in client interactions, proposal presentations, and effective, persuasive contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to strategically position the company.
  • Identify and prioritize target customers, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs and drive the company’s business growth.
  • Analyze customer needs and expectations to provide suitable solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective business development initiatives to meet business goals and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure effective engagement and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling company profiles and business proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company’s value and strengths.
  • Monitor and evaluate activities and personal performance in customer development and opportunity generation, while preparing and managing regular reports in coordination with direct supervisors.
  • Work closely with internal teams, especially marketing, solutions, and operations departments, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a positive outlook and promote a collaborative work environment among colleagues.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 40 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales Contract Logistics
  • Strong customer network and resources within the supply chain, ideally in FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics, or Industrial sectors.
  • Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
