Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager (Plastic, ID20123, 1500USD):
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers, especially manufacturing companies in industrial zones (home appliances, electronics, medical devices, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team to ensure smooth order processing after closing deals.
- Manage multiple sales projects and follow up effectively.
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Requirement
- Male (Priority), aged 25 to under 40
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, Plastic/FMCG industry (highly preferred)
- Experience selling to manufacturing companies is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Japanese is a plus.
