Job Description
Business Analyst (Manufacturing, ID19699) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1300/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Build and manage Digital Skill IDs for direct workers.
- Monitor and evaluate individual performance of all direct workers.
- Analyze production planning efficiency based on workers’ skills and performance.
- Integrate and connect data across departments (planning, production, HR, etc.) to support decision-making.
- Coordinate the development and management of training and skill development pathways for direct workers.
- Perform data analysis and performance reporting to support factory productivity improvement.
- Work with ERP systems and MS365, ensuring data accuracy to support operations.
Requirement
- Male /Femal, under 35 years old;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
- Mandatory experience as a Business Analyst (BA);
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience working with and using ERP systems;
- Good at English.
