Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Brand Manager (Homecare, 1600$, ID16755):
- Develop long-term, medium-term, and short-term brand marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan departmental activities, procurement, and ensure alignment with company plans.
- Create and update product materials and training documents for the sales team.
- Establish organizational structures, workflows, and processes within the department.
- Direct the strategic direction for new products and support their market launch.
- Provide technical and product knowledge support to relevant departments, particularly sales.
- Analyze market and sales data to propose new or renewed product projects aligning with market trends.
- Lead the design and training processes for new or updated products and ensure materials are market-ready.
- Manage the team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting recruitment, training, and evaluations.
- Prepare and present monthly departmental reports and contribute to salary, promotion, and reward recommendations.
Requirement
- Gender: Female
- Age: <45 years old
- Graduated university in Marketing or related to Marketing.
- Having 03 years of experience in a Brand Marketing position for the cosmetic chemical, homecare or FMCG industries.
- Good at English, Japanese is preferred.
